Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, design and delivery of new generation sports facilities. You will guide project teams, review feasibility studies, and ensure schedules, budgets and quality meet our standards.

Reporting to Head of Infrastructure Development, you will engage with stakeholders, oversee master plans such as SFMP, and drive alignment with Sport Singapore's Vision 2030.

Qualifications

• Background in Architecture, Building/Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architecture/building industry.
• Experience with government procurement and public sector development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, design and construct new generation of sports facilities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on feasibility studies and Technical requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets and coordination with engineers/contractors.
• Oversee development of master plans and community engagement.
