Job summary

penta-ocean construction company limited is seeking a Senior Manager (Civil Projects Support) to direct strategic growth for marine civil projects. You will lead tendering and proposal strategies, secure major wins, and ensure robust governance across regional operations.

You will drive leadership and talent development, monitor safety and quality, and foster cross-cultural teams, while strengthening relationships with government agencies and port authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of engineering experience with a Civil Engineering degree.
• At least 10 years in managing marine civil works, harbour or marine facilities.
• Proven track record in dredging, reclamation and large-scale marine projects.
• Completed one marine project cycle with at least S$400 million contract value as a manager.
• Experience managing Joint Venture (JV) projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for marine civil projects and growth.
• Lead tendering, bidding strategies, and major proposals/JV structures.
• Oversight of governance, safety, schedule, and cost performance.
• Mentor engineers; build high-performing regional teams.
