Job summary

is seeking an experienced planning professional to lead master programme updates for large-scale Singapore projects such as condominium and hospital developments. The role focuses on ensuring realistic schedules and tight coordination with design and construction teams. You will perform delay analyses to quantify EOTs, draft progress and method statements, and integrate cost and resource planning into the master programme.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in large-scale project management (condominium, mixed development, HDB, office, hospital).
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Proficient in planning software.
• Willing to work a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update master programme for large-scale projects.
• Draft progress meeting minutes and method statements.
• Conduct delay analyses to justify EOT numbers and document variations.
• Incorporate cost and resource planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into the master programme.
• Apply Earned Value Management to tracking project progress.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis to optimize schedules.
