Job summary

penta-ocean construction company limited in Singapore seeks a senior planning professional to lead creation, maintenance, and analysis of 4D BIM schedules, linking time data to 3D models to visualise sequences, identify clashes, and optimise logistics.

You will develop comprehensive baseline and recovery programs for complex civil works, conduct regular progress updates, enforce documentation standards, and drive automation and AI adoption to improve reporting and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years in Civil/Building with leadership/management role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and 4D is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and EOT protocols.
• Experience with large-scale mega-projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, maintenance, and analysis of 4D BIM schedules linked to 3D models.
• Develop baseline, working, and recovery programs ensuring contract compliance.
• Provide regular progress updates and review management reports.
• Set and enforce standards for planning documents and progress reporting.
• Record changes and conduct complex schedule analyses for executive reports.
• Maintain change matrix; evaluate variations and claims.
• Identify improvements and automate project reporting and dashboards.
