Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a Senior Manager (Planning) to lead the strategy, planning and coordination of enterprise-focused programmes, driving workforce capabilities and transformation within the Enterprise Group (EG).

The role involves independent management of complex policy matters, coordinating with SWDA, MOM and other agencies, and providing analysis to support decision-making and priority setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning, policy, programme management or corporate planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent written communication and policy-writing ability.
• Good understanding of labour market and workforce transformation trends.
• Awareness of government manpower initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead alignment of EG programmes with SWDA's strategic objectives.
• Analyse industry trends, workforce data and programme performance.
• Provide central oversight of EG priorities, KPIs and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate inputs across SWDA, MOM and other agencies on policy matters.
• Plan and coordinate SWDA's annual corporate planning cycle.
