Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage senior stakeholders including Board members and ministries.
• Able to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate planning, performance management, data analytics and international engagement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive SWDA’s corporate strategy in support of national and Ministry priorities.
• Lead corporate planning cycle and translate long-term goals into coherent organisational plans and outcomes.
• Facilitate senior management retreats and drive internal communications for alignment and ownership.
• Drive enterprise-wide performance architecture and report data-driven insights for senior management decisions.
• Develop and manage SWDA’s international engagement strategy and collaborations with forums like ASEAN.
