Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a proactive Principal Manager to lead corporate planning, performance management, and international engagements. You will shape SWDA’s strategy, translate goals into organisational plans, and report on performance to senior stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in corporate planning and governance and the ability to mentor teammates while guiding complex projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including Boards and Ministries.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate planning cycle and develop SWDA's corporate workplan.
• Develop and track performance indicators; report data-driven insights to senior management.
• Manage international engagements and representation at key forums (e.g., ASEAN).
• Provide secretariat support for leadership and governance platforms; support Board and Senior Management meetings.
