Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division in Singapore seeks individuals to contribute to strategic and operational decision-making, guiding the department toward future readiness and effective systems. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic and operational frameworks, policies, and processes
• Manage SID’s resources in areas of budget, manpower establishment and physical space planning; and review performance management to support planning efforts and decision-making processes
• Develop effective communication and engagement plans to communicate these policies and processes to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential
