Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division in Singapore seeks individuals to contribute to strategic and operational decision-making, guiding the department toward future readiness and effective systems. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement frameworks, policies, and processes; manage resources, and communicate these plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic and operational frameworks, policies, and processes
• Manage SID’s resources in areas of budget, manpower establishment and physical space planning; and review performance management to support planning efforts and decision-making processes
• Develop effective communication and engagement plans to communicate these policies and processes to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential

You will ensure SID is future ready by formulating plans to guide the department's strategic and operational decisions, and by helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SID’s systems

What you will be working on

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic and operational frameworks, policies, and processes
• Manage SID’s resources in areas of budget, manpower establishment and physical space planning; and review performance management to support planning efforts and decision-making processes
