Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to support its mission of protecting Singapore. You will develop plans and strategies to drive operational outcomes and defend Singapore’s interests in a rapidly changing geopolitical environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct research, and analyze metrics to identify opportunities and improvements, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safe, sustainable operations.

You will play a vital role in supporting SID’s mission of protecting Singapore. You will develop plans and strategies to drive operational outcomes to defend and advance Singapore’s interests.

What you will be working on

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivery of mission outcomes
• Develop plans and strategies to deliver mission outcomes
• Conduct research and analysis on geopolitical developments to identify, evaluate and recommend operational opportunities
• Gather and review performance metrics related to operational outcomes, identify factors for success or failure and recommend improvements
• Conduct risk assessment and management to achieve operational outcomes in a safe and sustainable manner.
