Job summary

Internal Security Department in Singapore is seeking an Executive (Policy and Plans Office) within the Workplace Services Division. You will help plan and formulate policy for physical infrastructure and logistics needs, while supporting long-term resource planning and masterplan development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, analytical thinking, proactive initiative, and experience with MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Building/Facilities Management or related field.
• Be a team player with strong analytical skills and able to multi-task and work independently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with keen eye for detail.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Preferably 2 years in built environment or corporate planning.
• Experience with Public Sector procurement procedures will be advantageous.
• Only Singaporeans need apply.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in long-term resource planning for infrastructure and logistics.
• Develop and implement infrastructure and logistics masterplans.
• Create guidelines to govern efficient use of space and resources.
• Evaluate resource requests and provide recommendations.
• Conduct horizon scanning for building technology advancements.
• Drive innovation and digitalisation in facilities management.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships with industry players.
• Conceptualise and manage officer development in Workplace Services.
