The Manager, Skills Strategy & Planning plays a pivotal role in advancing SkillsFuture Singapore's mission to enable individuals to learn for life, pursue skills mastery, and develop fulfilling careers for a future-ready Singapore. As an individual contributor, this position supports the end-to-end development of jobs-skills policies, plans, and strategies, drawing on labour market intelligence and industry insights to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound policy judgement, and the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders to embed intelligence-driven planning into programme development.
We'd love to hear from you if you have the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently:
Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in policy development and implementation, planning roles, or operational policy planning and review. However, those with no relevant experience but can show the demonstration of required skills through relevant projects or short stints in relevant areas / functions are also encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
