Job summary

Ministry of Law in Singapore seeks an independent, self-motivated professional to join the Strategic Planning and Policy Division. You will drive strategic planning and resource assessment, formulate priorities, and coordinate corporate planning activities to support policy and operations.

The role emphasises planning, reporting to central agencies, and cross-unit collaboration, with a view toward value-for-money and improved programme delivery in a fast-paced public service setting.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and implementing short- and long-term strategic initiatives.
• 3+ years in strategic planning or related policy work preferable.
• Strong ability to communicate complex plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the Ministry's strategic planning and resource assessment.
• Formulate strategic objectives and priorities for MinLaw.
• Support annual resource planning and reporting to central agencies.
• Organise corporate planning events and conduct futures for policy impact.
• Coordinate policy programmes and ensure resources support operations.
• Engage with MinLaw divisions and government agencies to align with whole-of-government outcomes.
