• Manage SID resources including budget, manpower, and space planning; review performance data to support planning decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate policies and processes.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team (senior role) and guide professional growth.
• Design and implement workplace processes considering future trends and needs.
• Build strong relations and workflows with stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
• Drive strategic planning efforts to help SID achieve its objectives.
