Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Manager, People Business Partner in Singapore to drive an exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into People plans, lead workforce and organisational design, and guide performance, salary, and promotions in accordance with Group policies.

The role focuses on building capability and coaching leaders for enhanced results.

Qualifications

• Broad HR experience, including as a People Business Partner.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting organisational change initiatives and restructures.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and Singapore practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with company leaders, translating strategy into People plans.
• Lead workforce planning and contribute to people-cost forecasting.
• Advise on organisation design, roles, spans and resourcing options.
• Identify critical roles, talent gaps, and succession pipelines.
• Guide performance, salary review, bonus and promotion processes.
• Coach leaders to improve people-management capability and career development.
• Develop plans with coaching, mentoring, learning and internal mobility.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations and risk mitigation.
• Lead local review and continuous improvement of People policies.
