The Edge Partnership in Singapore is seeking a senior HR leader to helm the HRBP team for a prominent Singapore-headquartered organisation. Reporting to the CHRO, you will shape the People agenda and provide strategic HR guidance across functions to meet business objectives.

You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, drive employee engagement, career development and performance management, and partner with senior leaders to implement progressive talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree qualified with at least 20 years solid HR experience across the full spectrum of HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading HR teams in large and complex organisations will be beneficial.
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with an energetic and flexible approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Play an advisory role to senior business leaders to support them in developing progressive talent solutions to meet business objectives.
• Provide leadership to a team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR guidance across all functions and ensure service deliverables are met and aligned with business objectives
• Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, career development, and performance management to promote a high-performing work culture
