Qualifications

• Broad HR experience including partner experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting corporate functions is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with leaders to translate strategy into People plans.
• Lead workforce planning and annual cost forecast for people-related activities.
• Identify talent gaps and strengthen succession pipelines across the organisation.
• Guide managers through performance, salary review, and promotion processes with governance.
• Develop and deliver engagement, culture, and colleague experience initiatives.
