Job summary

EQUAL is seeking a Manager, Programme Growth & Client Engagement to grow demand for its programmes through proactive outreach to schools, social service agencies, healthcare institutions, corporations and community organisations. Responsibilities

• Identify and engage organisations that may benefit from EQUAL's programmes.
• Develop opportunities across schools, social service agencies, healthcare institutions, corporations and community organisations.
• Qualify prospective engagements by understanding needs, beneficiary groups, programme objectives, budgets and engagement models.
• Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed programme engagements.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and manage next steps until engagement is confirmed or declined.
• Develop outreach and re-engagement plans and assess feasibility of new markets or clients.
• Work with Programme Leaders to assess requirements, delivery feasibility and engagement models.
• Maintain a clear pipeline of programme opportunities.
