EVOLV Communications Ltd is a Singapore-based communications agency delivering strategic and integrated campaigns for government bodies. We are seeking a proactive Growth and Partnerships Manager to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities and ensure successful delivery of projects across video, digital, branding and AI-enabled solutions.

The role emphasizes building trusted partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and advising clients on innovative communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships, Marketing Communications or Integrated Communications.
• Experience with Government agencies or public sector clients is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships for government agencies and strategic partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop partnerships across agencies and boards.
• Coordinate project delivery from briefing to completion with internal teams and vendors.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and budgets, and monitor invoicing with Finance.
