Job summary

EQUAL Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising to drive revenue and build a strong funding pipeline for its programmes. The role partners with the CEO, Board and colleagues to secure corporate, philanthropic and institutional funding, while expanding donor relationships and strategic alliances across passion-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in fundraising, partnerships or corporate engagement.
• Proven ability to originate, develop and close funding or sponsorship opportunities.
• Experience engaging senior corporate leaders, donors or institutional stakeholders.
• Nonprofit fundraising, major gifts or CSR partnerships is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned funding opportunities from identification through to funding commitments and growth.
• Build and manage a robust partnership pipeline with corporate, philanthropic and institutional partners.
• Develop fundraising campaigns and initiatives aligned with programme needs and impact.
• Cultivate major donors and high‑value partnerships with CEO and Board involvement.
• Support donor engagement events and sponsorships, and coordinate donor stewardship activities.
