Rockstead Capital is seeking an individual contributor to drive the distribution strategy by building an institutional ecosystem, cultivating strategic partnerships, and enabling AUM growth.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will build a pipeline of prospective partners, scale the distribution network across regional markets, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil partnership commitments while tracking performance for leadership reviews.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience establishing distribution channels that generated AUM.
• Deep understanding of investment products and financial institution ecosystem.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and manage outreach.
• Establish and scale the Company's strategic distribution ecosystem across regional markets.
• Enable recurring AUM and revenue growth through private banks, EAMs, family offices, wealth platforms, IFAs, institutional investors, and other intermediaries.
• Align partnership activities with broader organizational priorities.
• Generate leads, negotiate commercial arrangements, coordinate with internal teams to deliver on partnerships.
• Track performance and prepare timely reports for Management.
