STEWARD LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE LIMITED seeks a driven Manager to grow executive education and advisory services. You will own client accounts, generate new business, and lead proposals from enquiry to contract, collaborating with programme, faculty, marketing and operations teams to design and deliver high-impact engagements.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will build strong relationships with senior clients, manage pipeline, and translate client needs into well-structured

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and acquiring new accounts.
• Hands-on client outreach, relationship management and proposal writing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Execute the business development plan and meet revenue and pipeline targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new clients and partners through outreach and referrals.
• Prepare client proposals with teams to shape design, pricing and delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of key clients; be the main contact and drive expansion.
• Support contract and pricing negotiations; escalate when needed.
• Track market trends and share findings to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client records; report to Head of Strategic Partnerships.
