Job summary

Eastspring is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to act as the finance advisor to Distribution and Investment leadership, delivering strategic insights and commercial challenge to drive sustainable growth and capital-efficient decisions.

You will partner with regional teams to evaluate growth opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and influence decisions through forward-looking analyses and strong governance. This role requires deep experience in finance within asset management.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A, or financial management.
Experience within asset management, wealth management, insurance, banking, or financial services strongly preferred.
Experience presenting to senior executives, boards, and governance committees.
Strong understanding of Funds under Management (FUM), investment products, distribution economics, and profitability drivers.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted finance advisor to Distribution and Investment leadership, providing strategic insight and commercial challenge.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling for front-office functions.
Produce executive-level management reporting and dashboards on revenue, profitability, FUM, and costs.
Support governance reviews and strategic planning discussions with robust financial analysis.
