Job summary

DigiFT is seeking highly motivated Partnerships Managers/Directors to join the commercial team in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will drive client acquisition, asset growth and revenue by expanding institutional and wealth distribution networks.

You will connect traditional finance with digital assets, engaging banks, asset managers, family offices, and digital asset platforms, while working with internal product, operations and compliance teams to structure opportunities and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in institutional sales, wealth management, or digital assets.
• Proven ability to originate new client relationships and generate flows.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors or digital asset firms.
• Strong understanding of investment products and asset classes.
• Excellent communication and commercial execution skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience and ability to close complex deals.
• Network of senior decision-makers across banks and asset managers.
• Able to lead market-entry strategies and distribute channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire institutional and qualified wealth clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Asia.
• Promote and distribute tokenized investment products to meet client objectives.
• Develop scalable distribution channels and strategic partnerships.
• Manage client relationships, monitor market developments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
