Job summary

PERSOL Tech Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to drive new business accounts and manage client relationships in Singapore. You will communicate terms, pricing, and guarantees with clients, and coordinate with stakeholders on outsourcing needs and milestone deliverables.

You will develop end-to-end outsourcing solutions, form project teams, and monitor performance. Regular client visits and milestone reviews will be part of your duties as you work to meet targets and contribute

Qualifications

A tertiary education in any discipline.
IT/Technology certification is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years experience in professional service-related industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage new business accounts and client relationships.
Communicate terms, pricing, and guarantees with clients with appropriate approvals.
Liaise with stakeholders on outsourcing needs and project milestones.
Provide advice on outsourcing projects and deliverables to stakeholders.
Develop end-to-end solutions and form project teams.
Monitor performance of project teams and members.
Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships.
Lead milestone reviews with clients and project teams.
Conduct performance reviews of project members.
