Job summary

PERSOL Tech Services Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to drive new business accounts and manage client relationships in Singapore. You will communicate terms, pricing, and guarantees with clients, and coordinate with stakeholders on outsourcing needs and milestone deliverables.

You will develop end-to-end outsourcing solutions, form project teams, and monitor performance. Regular client visits and milestone reviews will be part of your duties as you work to meet targets and contribute

Qualifications

• A tertiary education in any discipline.
• IT/Technology certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in professional service-related industry.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Developing new business accounts and relationship management with clients
• Communicate terms and conditions of professional services business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure mutual understanding of service expectations and costs.
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their outsourcing needs.
• Provide advice and solutions to stakeholder’s queries on outsourcing project milestones/deliverables.
• Develop end to end solution and including formation of project team members
• To monitor the performance of all project team and members
• Regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationship with clients.
• Conduct periodic project milestone evaluation meeting with clients and project team/members
• Conduct performance review of project members.
• Support the recruitment of the project team.
• To achieve business targets and objectives.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience
