You will build strong relationships with strategic accounts and develop plans to drive revenue and retention across the region. You will identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and lead regional negotiations and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Regional or international market experience is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Develop account plans to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and present business and growth plans.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business development initiatives.
