Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme management, digital transformation, service design, product management, operations or stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

Drive programme management for funding administration, governance and performance monitoring.
Support digital platform enhancements to meet business and operational needs.
Gather requirements, coordinate with users and vendors, and manage delivery of digital initiatives.
Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
Support vendor management activities, including project tracking and contract deliverables.
Design and implement enhancements to user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
