Job summary

SkillsFuture Singapore Agency is seeking a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement professional to drive employer outreach and programme awareness. You will design targeted campaigns, develop content assets, and collaborate with industry partners to elevate workforce transformation messaging.

You will leverage data insights from enterprise systems to tailor communications, measure impact, and continuously improve engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing, research and analytics.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic communications and engagement plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and employer engagement; experience creating content assets and multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with research methodologies including survey design and focus groups.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and digital tools; translate data into insights.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts for marketing, including NLP and text analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies for employer outreach.
• Design engagement architectures that are timely, relevant, and actionable for employers.
• Create content assets like eDMs, enterprise profile banks, and programme bundles.
• Drive strategic communications plans to raise awareness of enterprise programmes.
• Represent SWDA at events and engage partners to extend outreach.
• Monitor and measure campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with CRM and analytics platforms for engagement processes.
• Organise flagship enterprise events and awards as engagement platforms.
