Job summary

DesignSingapore Council Pte. Ltd. seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for Outreach & Engagement to drive programmes and initiatives that profile Singapore’s top design talents.

You will lead signature programmes like the Singapore Design Biennale and President’s Design Award, while expanding outreach locally and internationally. You will collaborate with partners across government, industry and education to grow design-led showcases, enhance community engagement, and elevate Singapore’s design impact

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 2–8 years in programming, outreach, events or project management.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with stakeholders across sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of programmes and initiatives led by the Outreach & Engagement division.
• Collaborate with local and international partners to plan, develop and deliver impactful outreach activities.
• Be a proactive team player, contributing to creative thinking and cross‑division projects within DesignSingapore Council.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
