Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a planning role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process from receipt to shipment and delivery.
• Review and process customer orders accurately according to policies and SOPs.
• Plan shipment schedules and coordinate loading to meet customer requirements.
• Process and update orders in the ERP/system accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers and partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor order and shipment status and follow up on delays or issues.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Track order fulfilment performance and KPIs.
