Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a client-focused logistics coordinator to manage existing and new customer accounts, respond to enquiries, and update customers on orders, shipments, and any issues.

You will process POs and RFQs, coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and engineering teams to expedite orders, and maintain accurate ERP/MRP data; 2–5 years in planning or supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ degree in business management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Experience in planning, production coordination, or supply chain roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts.
• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests, and order updates.
• Keep customers informed of order status, shipment schedules, and potential issues.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and issue order acknowledgements in a timely manner.
