Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Jurong, Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage the full order cycle from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and carriers, ensure data accuracy in our ERP, and track shipments to meet customer expectations.

The role requires 2–3 years in order processing, problem-solving skills, and experience in a planning function.

Duties

• Manage the full order process from receiving customer orders to shipment and delivery.
• Review and process customer orders accurately according to company policies and SOPs.
• Plan shipment schedules and coordinate loading to meet customer requirements.
• Process and update orders in the ERP/system accurately and on time.
• Place orders with suppliers and make bookings with carriers/service providers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers and other partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor order and shipment status, and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Handle shipment changes, amendments and exceptions, such as booking changes, delays, destination changes and air freight.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Check packing lists against customer orders and update the system once loading is completed.
• Ensure all orders are completed and closed properly in the system.
• Track order fulfilment performance and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order and shipment information.
• Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities follow company SOPs and policies.

Requirement:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing with problem solving skill, preferable in supply chain function
• Experience in a planning role
