Job summary

Our client, a US technology company, is seeking an order management professional in Singapore to handle POs/SOs, coordination with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and SAP documentation. The role involves daily order reviews, price updates, and shipment coordination from Changi Business Park.

The candidate should be proficient in SAP and Excel, with 1–3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or order management.
• SAP familiarity would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin with stakeholders from China.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and sales orders, liaise with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and update SAP accordingly.
• Check new orders and hub orders daily and coordinate with internal teams.
• Resolve pricing and shipment discrepancies with suppliers/contract manufacturers.
• Perform order book reconciliation and communicate updates via email and BOX.
• Update and refresh PO prices monthly; set up part numbers in SSA and SAP MDT.
