Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Leasing Marketing professional to develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies, driving occupancy and revenue across commercial properties.

You will oversee end-to-end leasing processes, conduct site viewings, presentations and tenant negotiations, and collaborate with project and building operations to align tenant needs with ESG goals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8 years' relevant experience in commercial property leasing and marketing.
• Experience in Pre-TOP leasing is preferred.
• Certificate in Real Estate Sales (RES) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue performance.
• Oversee end-to-end leasing processes from enquiry to lease execution.
• Conduct site viewings, presentations, and tenant negotiations.
• Identify and cultivate prospective tenants directly or via agents.
• Prepare and maintain regular leasing performance reports and forecasts.
• Manage the full lease lifecycle including renewals and tenancy matters.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on lease documentation and terms.
• Provide strategic advice on design and ESG features for new developments.
