Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Leasing/Tenancy Manager in Singapore to oversee plans for new stores, renewals, relocations and expansions. You will negotiate with landlords, conduct site visits, and coordinate with project and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong negotiation, sharp analytical skills and a solid understanding of commercial lease terms, with a track record of delivering effective tenancy solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, real estate or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of leasing or tenancy management experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of commercial lease terms and contracts.
• Independent, analytical and able to coordinate cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage plans for new stores, lease renewals, relocations, expansions and closures.
• Negotiate lease renewals and secure new sites through landlords, agents, tenders, or negotiations.
• Conduct site visits and identify locations for business expansion.
• Analyse impact of renovations, relocations, closures and expansions.
• Coordinate with Project and Maintenance teams on renovation and landlord-related matters.
• Review lease contracts, highlighting deviations or issues.
• Maintain leasing reports, schedules and regular management updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents and stakeholders.
• Monitor Singapore real estate developments and identify potential sites for brands.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
