The role involves leading lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy agreements, coordinating viewings, and providing timely updates to management while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in retail/commercial/mixed-use property.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build stakeholder relationships.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative team player with relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure prospective tenants while curating optimal trade and tenant mix to drive occupancy and maximize rental performance.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy agreements aligning terms with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Coordinate tenant viewings, prepare leasing reports, provide updates to management, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless leasing execution.
• Support leasing strategies to enhance occupancy, tenant mix, and asset value.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and industry partners to generate leasing opportunities and market intelligence.
• Monitor tenants’ business performance and ensure compliance with lease obligations and tenancy terms.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and emerging retail concepts.
