Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a senior Leasing and Marketing professional to lead strategy and drive occupancy across portfolios, managing the full leasing lifecycle.

Requirements include a degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business, 8 years of commercial leasing experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and independence with teamwork. Pre-TOP leasing and RES certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 8 years’ relevant experience in commercial property leasing and marketing.
• Experience in Pre-TOP leasing is preferred.
• Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (RES) is preferred.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue performance.
• Oversee end-to-end leasing processes from enquiry through to lease execution.
• Conduct site viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Develop brochures, video, and marketing collaterals.
• Identify and cultivate prospective tenants directly or via agents to secure leases and sales.
• Evaluate leasing opportunities and prepare RFP/RFI submissions as required.
• Negotiate terms and finalize lease agreements in line with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory/ethical standards and accuracy of marketing materials.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on leasing performance, budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
• Manage full lease lifecycle including renewals and tenancy matters.
• Liaise with external legal counsel on lease documentation and terms.
• Address tenant operational needs and ensure high service delivery.
• Provide strategic advice on design, floor plate layouts, and ESG features for developments.
• Collaborate with project and building operations teams to fulfill tenant requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
• Build and maintain landlord-tenant relationships and expand networks.
