Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a leasing professional in Singapore to drive strategies and manage end-to-end leasing activities. The role requires handling inquiries, viewings, negotiations, renewals, and related admin with strong market awareness.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to support marketing initiatives and tenant relations, while aiming for optimal tenant mix and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing strategies to achieve desired tenant and trade mix.
• Manage all leasing activities including enquiries, site viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and admin.
• Stay informed on current retail market trends and developments.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to support marketing events and tenant relationships.
• Earn incentives for successful direct leasing deals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
