Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant leasing experience.
• Experience coordinating leasing activities and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure target tenants to optimise tenant mix, occupancy rates and rental revenue.
• Manage lease renewals, agreements and rental negotiations in line with targets.
• Coordinate property viewings, leasing activities and cross-department workflows, while preparing regular leasing reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property agents, monitoring performance and compliance with lease terms.
• Conduct market research and monitor retail trends to support leasing initiatives and maximize occupancy and income.
