RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Leasing Manager / Senior Executive to assist the Leasing team during the next growth phase. You will source tenants, negotiate leases and coordinate leasing activities to optimise occupancy and rental income.

The role involves managing renewals, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and agents, and conducting market research to inform leasing strategies and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant leasing experience.
• Experience coordinating leasing activities and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Source and secure target tenants to optimise tenant mix, occupancy rates and rental revenue.
• Manage lease renewals, agreements and rental negotiations in line with targets.
• Coordinate property viewings, leasing activities and cross-department workflows, while preparing regular leasing reports for management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property agents, monitoring performance and compliance with lease terms.
• Conduct market research and monitor retail trends to support leasing initiatives and maximize occupancy and income.
