Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Multi-Brand E-Commerce Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple brand stores across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and direct-to-consumer sites in Singapore.

You will tailor brand strategies, optimize campaigns, manage day-to-day store operations, and collaborate with marketing, sales, design and logistics teams to grow online revenue and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce operations across multiple brands.
• Proficient with Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong data skills in Excel, Google Analytics or equivalent dashboards.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience leading a team or outsourced support preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce performance for multiple brands across all online platforms.
• Tailor brand strategies while aligning to overarching company goals.
• Ensure each brand's voice, positioning, and customer experience online.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop and DTC sites.
• Ensure accurate product listings, stock availability, and competitive pricing.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars with marketing and sales teams.
• Manage campaigns, flash deals, vouchers, and platform-wide events.
• Monitor and analyze brand-specific KPIs to track sales and behavior.
• Prepare brand-wise monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with brand managers, designers, content teams, and logistics.
