Job summary

ERA INTERNATIONAL NETWORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive individual to drive our E-commerce growth and boost online sales. You will develop and execute online marketing strategies in collaboration with management.

You will manage brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other platforms, coordinate campaigns, and support day-to-day E-commerce operations including fulfilment, inventory and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player who can work independently.
• Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Grow the company's E-commerce business and drive online sales.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute online marketing strategies.
• Manage brand presence on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok with campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to boost traffic to social media and E-store.
• Assist daily E-commerce operations: fulfilment, inventory, customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on digital technologies and consumer trends in E-commerce.
• Monitor product listings and pricing across platforms.
• Ensure promotions align with campaign calendars.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
