Job summary

VSMART TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic eCommerce Operations role to manage multiple brands, liaise with KAMs, and optimize online platforms like TikTokShop, Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon. You will execute campaigns, manage listings and monitor performance to drive traffic and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a detail-oriented approach, with a focus on growth and evolving operational needs across brands.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is key.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with content creators, including livestream planning, scheduling, and performance tracking to drive sales.
• Liaise and negotiate with Marketplace Key Account Managers (KAMs) to secure campaign placements and better visibility.
• Oversee daily operations across online platforms (TikTokShop, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) to maximize traffic, conversion and revenue.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, including promotion mechanics, social media content direction, and artwork briefs.
• Manage product listings and promotional setups.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activities and market trends; prepare regular reports and campaign post-mortems for Management.
• Optimize storefront visuals, homepage merchandising, and platform content to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Ensure healthy inventory levels and smooth replenishment.
• Handle day-to-day eCommerce operations, including order monitoring, fulfillment coordination, campaign submissions, and platform backend management.
• Oversee customer service matters such as inquiries, complaints, returns, and escalations to ensure positive customer experience and store ratings.
• Support offline marketing events and activations when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
