JOBSTATION SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and promotional activities for our online product-selling business. You will create campaigns across digital and e-commerce platforms to boost brand awareness, traffic, and sales conversions.

The role requires managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our online store, developing compelling content, and driving ROAS with cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations and customer service.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications or related field.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online product sales.
Strong understanding of social media advertising and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads is advantageous.
Analytical, data-driven with good communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Oversee product listings and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and online store.
Create marketing content including product descriptions, ads, posts and videos.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS.
Analyze website traffic, customer behaviour and sales performance.
Plan product launches and manage influencer/agency partnerships.
Coordinate with sales, operations, customer service and fulfilment teams.
Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets, forecasts and reports.
