Job summary

You will drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and coordinate marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and customer engagement. The role requires 3+ years of ecommerce management experience, a strong track record on the listed platforms, and a solid foundation in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ecommerce management experience.
• Proven track record with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.
• Experience in FMCG industries is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow seller accounts on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns across all platforms.
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing funnels.
• Collaborate with influencers and live-stream sellers
• Monitor KPIs (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate).
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
