Job summary

WOAH GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Senior E-Commerce Executive to grow online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.

You will oversee end-to-end platform operations, campaigns, inventory coordination, and digital storefront optimization to maximize revenue and brand presence. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, proficiency with seller centres, and strong Excel analytics to drive channel strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada).
• Proficiency with seller centres and web CMS; backend ERP/OMS tools.
• Direct experience running internal marketplace paid ads and optimizing ROI.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data interpretation.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Oversee brand website catalogue, promotions, checkout experience, and integrations with inventory systems.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions to hit sales targets.
• Leverage platform ads and tools to maximize ROI and run affiliate programs.
• Coordinate with supply chain and customer service to track stock, SLA, and reduce returns.
