You will lead the business development team, focusing on sourcing gold, silver, and platinum group metals. The role involves identifying high-potential customers, developing opportunities, and converting them into profitable business.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of business development experience in the precious metals sector, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in precious metals or recycling sectors.
• Proven track record of acquiring industrial customers.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-potential customer accounts across Singapore.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Lead and develop the business development team to achieve targets.
