Job summary

TALENT SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive business development professional for a global precious metals desk in Singapore. Build and maintain relationships with customers and trading partners while identifying new opportunities in the market.

You will coordinate with global trading desks, communicate hedging strategies, and travel regularly to client visits and industry events to support commercial decisions and growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, trading, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of precious metals markets and hedging strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain customer and trading partner relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trading partners while identifying new business opportunities in the precious metals market.

Using market research, industry insights, including cold calling to identify new leads and develop channels for the purchase and sale of precious metals

Communicate trading and hedging strategies to customers and business partners.

Keeping up to date with market development, industry trends, and global events to support and make informed commercial decisions.

Working closely with the global trading desks to coordinate activities with local sales colleagues across Asia to ensure a consistent market approach.

Support business units in precious metal sales and recycling metal purchasing activities,

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in sales, business development, trading, or account management
