Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Trade or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in commodities trading or commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of physical commodities trading and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, and trading terms.
• Expand the company's customer portfolio and supplier network.
• Work closely with trading teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Support the development of new trading products and markets.
• Monitor commercial performance and profitability and support business planning.
• Foster collaboration across trading, operations, logistics, finance, and compliance.
• Support internal controls and commercial risk management.
