in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across industries. You will expand existing accounts, lead end-to-end BD activities from initial contact to closing, and collaborate with management, finance, operations and marketing to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Lead the end-to-end business development process from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Develop strategic partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and other teams for execution.
• Attend meetings and industry events to expand the company network.
• Document client information and opportunities accurately.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
